During his 28.5 years tenure in the Indian Army he was Managing administration, logistics and transport for a very large task force and also appraising the performance of subordinates on periodical basis. It also involved handling of matters related to project works, accounts and promotions. He also worked as a Counter Insurgency Specialist, served in with Rashtriya Rifles (RR) counter-insurgency force at Jammu and Kashmir in the year 2001 to 2004. Conducted various counterinsurgency operations. Expertise in formulation of Security and administration, security documentation, record management, SOP, security audits, surveys and security hardening initiatives. He also served as an officer in charge of the Indian Army Training Regiment, the prime responsibilities included training, HR management, posting, accounts and welfare. As a Psychologist, I was Responsible for training of persons to face the Service Selection Board in areas of Intelligence Tests, Psychological Tests, Group Discussions, Group Planning and interviews to enhance their mental calibre, attitude and outlook along with their leadership qualities and traits.
