Woman Icon Award

International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated all over the world on 8^th of March every year to appreciate the achievements of women in all walks of life. The role of women and their contribution in the society is respected by the celebration of IWD. Celebration varies from country to country and from region to region. In India, IWD is celebrated with great zeal and passion.

Mastermind foundation celebrated the International Women’s day by awarding Women achievers in different fields such as humanitarian services, Public services, Medicines, Education etc, at The Checkers Hotel, Mount Road, Chennai. This will allow others to follow their footsteps and be a motivational factor too.

On 8^th March 2017, Kalaimani Chevaliar Dr VG Santhosam, Chairman of VGP group of companies, Honourable Justice Mrs. Anitha Sumanth, Dr Latha Rajendran correspondent of Dr MGR Janaki College of Arts and Science for women, Mrs Vadivukkarasi Senior Actress, Mrs Kutti Padmini Chairman & Managing Director of Vaishnave Media Works Ltd and many dignitaries attended  the function and distributed the Women Icon Award to the Awardees.

Mrs Kutti Padmini presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to Smt Vadivukkarasi, it was a happy and emotional moment for everyone.

There was a standing aversion in the function when Mrs Kalaivani from Salem was awarded for her humanitarian services of doing the last rites to more than 2000 unclaimed bodies till date.

The service to humanity in various fields by the awardees proved the strength of women and was a motivational factor for all who were present there.

Finally to mark the women’s day,  a cake was cut by all awardees.

Eminent Doctor extended her selfless and continuous community medical service has reached millions of people. Also rendered dedicated service for various natural calamity.

Mrs S Kalaivani 

Managing Trustee of Life Trust involved in a sacred service of performing last rituals with due respects of unknown bodies around 1990+ around Salem area.

Dr Sharmila Shirish Dhobale

She is a graduate in Ayurveda medicine and practicing Trans personal / Past Life Regression Therapy gave new lease of life to many.

Dr.Ramya ramalingam

Her main aim is to make the most advanced fertility treatments available to lower socioeconomic group couples also. So as to make their dream of achieving parenthood becomes true.

Prof. Dr. Sai Kumari.V

Is an academian, trainer, mentor, researcher for more than two decades inculcating values and ethics among youth. Also she had developed and mentored several Entrepreneurs. 

Mrs M.Manjupriya

At a very young age, she is running a school for specially abled children where children with ADHD, Autism etc are given special care. She has given a ray of hope to their lives.

R.KAVITHA KRISHNAVENI

She ensured quality education to the students of K V Chennai which resulted 100% result in board examination till date. Also she developed skills, abilities and personality in the students.

TamilNadu State Principal Secretary of All India Press and Media Association contributed consistent and dedicated service to the Society during Chennai Flood and Vardha cyclone.
